Connecting Community Support Workers to People with Disabilities

At Caring Connections, we understand that finding and managing a support worker can be a challenging and time-consuming process. Our specialized service is designed to provide a comprehensive and personalized approach to finding the most trustworthy, genuine, and high-quality support workers who have your best interests at heart. We are dedicated to filtering through and handpicking the most suitable and genuine candidates for the role, providing families with the peace of mind they deserve. Caring Connections Club

A monthly social catch-up group for the Caring Connections members. The group provides a safe and welcoming space for everyone to make new friends and build meaningful connections with others who share similar experiences. Through a variety of engaging activities, the club aims to promote inclusivity and empathy, while fostering a sense of belonging and community. The group is led by our caring and experienced support workers who are dedicated to creating a positive and supportive environment for all participants. Whether we are out in the community, sharing stories, or simply hanging out, the Caring Connections Club is a place where members can come together to have fun and connect with others who care.

Are You Looking For Support?

If you are a person living with a disability, have self-managed or plan-managed NDIS funding and you are looking for some support, contact us and we will work together to help you find exactly what you are looking for in just 5 easy steps.

  1. Contact us via email or phone and let us know what you are looking for and if you think we will be able to help you.
  2. You will be promptly contacted to organise a no obligation and free of cost meeting to help us better understand your NDIS plan as well as your individual needs, wants and goals. This will assist us in understanding what you are looking for in a support worker. This is also a great opportunity for you to determine if we are the right fit for you, it is important to us that you have control of your own life and the people who are in it, we are just here to help in any way we can.
  3. We will then go on the hunt for the perfect match of support worker for you, we will make this decision based on your individual needs, personality and goals.
  4. Once we have found the perfect match, we will set up a date for everyone to meet and get to know each other a little more. If everyone is happy… Yay!
  5. We will develop a service agreement that outlines your exact and specific needs, wants and expectations that we can adjust and build upon over the course of your relationship with your new support worker!
